When someone visits my www.plumgingerart.co.uk I use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This is for information purposes only, such as finding out the number of visitorsto the site. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. I do not make, and do not allow Google to make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting this website.

 

If I do wish to collect personally identifiable information through this website I will be honest about this. I will make it clear when I am intending to collect personal information, and will explain what I am going to do with it, and give you the right to opt out if you so wish.

 

CUSTOMERS

Should you wish to contact me to request a commission or in regards to an outstanding order using my email then I will need some personal information from you in order to send you a reply - your name and your email address. I will use this information to correspond with you. Your data will not be shared with any other individual, business or organisation.

I take payments for direct commissions using PayPal. Please refer directly to PayPal Privacy Policy.
To process your order I will need your name, address and possibly username/email address should I need clarification regarding your order - these are used for shipping purposes. I will not pass this information on to any third parties and following the completion of your order this information will be deleted.

If you have ordered a Family Tree or custom illustration I will request photographs, once your order has been completed all images provided will be deleted.
